Classical Handmade Products BD Ltd (CHP) is a handicraft business producing value-added goods made from indigenous raw components (seagrass, jute, etc.), and garment waste. The product portfolio of CHP can be divided into four major groups:

1. Floor covering (rugs)
2. Storage (baskets)
3. Tableware (mats), and
4. Miscellaneous

The finished goods are exported to 33 countries. The clientele of CHP consists of prolific brands such as H&M, Zara, and Walmart.

Classical Handmade Products BD Ltd. (CHP) was established in February 2008 with 3 units in the northern part of Bangladesh. Using the profits generated from production across 21 units, CHP established its central production facility in Nilphamari in 2013. The business is operating out of 21 units, among which the primary factory is in Nilphamari. One facility operates outside Rangpur. There are 16 decentralized units in Rangpur, and three in Bogra. In total, CHP employs 1753 employees. The entrepreneur believed in the positive impact of these decentralized units despite rising overhead costs, such as transportation expenses.
